Adjacent to the hanger is the Ancillary block which houses the Hawker Pacific Asia Office and a penthouse Business Center to cater for corporate events. On the lower floors, additional tenanted production space and ancillary offices will be rented out to trades closely related to the aerospace industry. The development is envisioned as one of the key hangars in the Seletar area, to be connected to Seletar airport.
