This is a 2-storey training facility located at the campus site next to Republic Polytechnic Sports complex on an existing tennis court. The 1600m2 of gross floor area facility is designed and build for the housing of 2 decommissioned aircraft, workshops, Maintenance Control room, an office and a storeroom , to provide students and staffs with hand-on learning experience for aerospace-related modules using aircraft and equipment.
