Tampines Logistics Park ➞

The Tampines Logistics Park is a masterplan embarked by ID Architects covering an area more than 20 Has. The site is adjacent to the Paya Lebar Air field, and configured to accommodate a number logistical facilities. Among the structures occupying the park are DHL, Tee Hai, and Keppel.

DHL ➞

This is a $160 million warehouse on a 6 hectare land , span across nearly 1 million square feet of Gross floor area. It is designed for Logistic Company -DHL Supply Chain, where is set to be DHL’s largest and most advanced facility. It is designed to serves multiple sectors – aviation, healthcare and technology

Located in Tampines Logispark, it is a design-to-suit venture with Cache Logistic Trust, and be completed in 18 months. The facility features multi-user automation with technological advancement for each sectors, where increase the productivity by more than 30% and storage density by more than 40 percents. Besides providing logistic warehousing, the centre will house a training centre, regional and country offices, and DHL’s first Asia-Pacific Solutions & Innovation Centre (ASIC) outside Germany.

Keppel Logistics ➞

Located at 27 Greenwich Drive, site area of 21,847m2, it houses the newest warehouse for Keppel Logistic in Singapore.

This is a fast track ramp up warehouse project , made up of 37000m2 of gross floor area spreading across four levels. It is designed-enable to convert the entire warehouse into Air Conditioning warehouse. Keppel Logistic is proud to attend BCA Greenmark Gold for this warehouse in correspondence to their commitment and increasing awareness of sustainable and environmental design.

Wings Over Asia ➞

The proposed single user development ATTC is located within the Seletar Aerospace Park. The project was developed and incorporated with the requirements set out by JTC and CAAS. The proposal is also aligned with the vision of establish Seletar Aerospace Park to become an efficient aerospace industrial supporting base in South East Asia regional.   The design development entails to achieve the user requirements for aviation maintenance training, MRO and R&D purposes.  The complex has integrated a large hangar that is big enough to hold a 737 aircraft and part 3 storeys with multi usage spaces. (workshop; training rooms; simulator room; R&D labour; multi-purpose hall and office).

Sambo ➞

The new Sambo E&C headquarters building is strategically situated at the heart of Tukang Innovation Park, along Innovation Boulevard. Predominantly a rejuvenated greenfield site, Sambo E&C is situated in a strategic and prime location which is in close proximity to the Jurong Lake District and surrounded by major arterial roads. The emphasis on introducing cleaner industries with more amenities, good public connectivity and accessibility to support vibrant work communities, creates a new Business and Innovation Hub.

Pioneer ➞

The Pioneer Road development is a sprawling multi-tenanted cluster of independent, industrial facilities. Spanning 7 hectares the Pioneer Road Project integrates efficient modular building design within the industrial masterplan to achieve the dual goals of maximizing plot space and maintaining optimal vehicular movement; both highly integral to the client’s operational requirements. Having undergone A&A works for several years, the compound still stands today as a testament to the importance of space optimization and efficiency. Pool of current tenants include Legero International and Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Asia Pte Ltd.
